Most Products will be dispatched within 2-4 days, the dispatch date will be confirmed via email, with your soft proof. To avoid any delays a quick reply on your soft proof confirmation email is imperative. The Printing Press will not continue any work without an authorised soft proof email. Turnaround is listed as when The Printing Press will dispatch the goods. Courier Times will vary according to region and service specified.
Delivery excludes additional Surcharges that may be levied, by our courier for certain locations. These include: CHAINSTORES / MINES / POWER STATIONS / PLOTS or FARMS / TRUST AREAS OR TOWNSHIPS / GAME RESERVES or NATIONAL PARKS / HOSPITALS. Any Surcharges for such a delivery will be explained in email to the customer, before dispatch and will require a further payment.
Other than “No Delivery”, all orders will be delivered via Courier, a tracking number can be requested by the client in order to trace goods. The Printing Press uses various third party couriers, with whom they have had good relations and service.
All goods sent by The Printing Press are packaged and in good order. It is the responsibility of the client to check any damage that may occur during the handling process of the couriers and note so on their waybill before signing. The Printing Press uses reliable couriers however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Road Accidents, Bad Weather, etc) deliveries can be delayed. These factors are completely out of our control and The Printing Press cannot be held liable for such an event.
At The Printing Press we are committed to customer satisfaction. It is with this in mind that if your product does not meet your quality expectations, we will gladly reprint your order.
To be eligible for a reprint, please contact our Customer Returns Representative on 021 685 6930, within 10 days of receiving your product. The complete order would need to be returned to The Printing Press within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs.
Please note however that we cannot be held liable for any errors in the creation of the artwork (document); review your content for spelling errors, typo’s, design flaws and low resolution graphics, before approving your order. Please Note: We strongly recommend customers to review their order and confirmation emails and contact a service representative immediately with any errors.
In the unlikely event that a reprint is not suitable, and a refund is requested, please contact us stating why a reprint will not be satisfactory. If a refund is passed, only the print price will be refunded, delivery charges will remain for the customer account. All goods would need to be delivered to The Printing Press within 15 days of delivery to qualify.
